Forensic Psychologist &\; True Crime author Frank F. Weber will \;speak about his forensic work and the writing of true crime mysteries. Frank&rsquo\;s 2025 release\, \;The Sun\, will be available at the event. \;The Sun \;and Scandal of Vandals are based on a true Minnesota mystery that was once touted as &ldquo\;the crime of the century.&rdquo\; A prominent Twin Cities attorney was accused of hiring a hitman to kill his wife. \;Scandal of Vandals \;ended with a conviction. \;The Sun \;involves the fallout on the lives of the same characters after the appeal.
