Grand View Lodge Executive Chef Justin Grecco has built a remarkable career in the Twin Cities dining scene, forging lasting friendships with some of Minnesota's most talented chefs. This upcoming event will highlight these chef collaborations, featuring culinary masters who have a long history together to deliver exceptional, one-of-a-kind dining experiences.

?Chef Vincent Francoual's journey in fine dining started when he was a teen in France and began working in kitchens in France and Italy. He landed a dream job at Le Bernardin, a four-star New York City French seafood restaurant, before moving to the Twin Cities as a chef at Un Deux Trois in downtown Minneapolis. When not at EaTo, Vincent can be found a few blocks away at Chloe by Vincent, Restore Restaurant Holdings' second restaurant.
