Join Executive Chef Justin Grecco as he kicks off our Chef Dinner Series with Minnesota culinary great Chef John Vanhouse. Longtime collaborators and friends, these two chefs share a bond forged through creativity and flavor — and on November 12, their passion takes center stage in a dining experience unlike any other.

A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, Chef Vanhouse’s impressive career has spanned kitchens from Murray’s Restaurant to TPC Twin Cities, and even a featured appearance at the James Beard House in New York City. His accolades include 2019 Chef of the Year and current President of the American Culinary Federation Minneapolis Chefs Chapter — but it’s his warmth and humility that make his food so memorable.
